This series of paintings started rather accidentally.  Tired of traditional still life subjects, I dug around the studio for inspiration and came across a childhood toy marionette, Sebbie.  The first painting was so much fun and so well received, "I'll do a series of three," I told myself.  Well.  Little did I know.  Fifty-odd paintings in, Sebbie still has the limelight and he keeps making new friends.  Sebbie book (partial catalogue) now available!  Prints and poscards of select paintings available on etsy.
